From Indianapolis :

Take I-74 East to the first Greensburg exit (132).  Proceed to the stoplight (this is 3 & 46 bypass).  Turn right onto the bypass and go the stoplight.  Turn left at the stoplight.  Take the first right (there will be a white sign for the city park) and continue for approximately ½ a mile.   You will see the city park on your left and there will be a ball diamonds, a swimming pool and a miniature golf course on your right. The fairgrounds will be cattycorner to the left. 

From Cincinnati :

Take I-74 West to the State Rd 3 (make sure you take the Greensburg exit NOT Rushville) exit (134A).  This will put you on the 3 & 46 bypass.  Continue on the bypass through four (4) stoplights.  At the fifth (5^th) stoplight you will turn left. Take the first right (there will be a white sign for the city park) and continue for approximately ½ a mile.  You will see the city park on your left and there will be a ball diamonds, a swimming pool and a miniature golf course on your right. The fairgrounds will be cattycorner to the left.
